Yes, the quality of the beauty products we sell IS good, we never add counterfeit consmetics to our stores. The reason you may have never heard about them is because we collaborate with mass market brands from Japan, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan which are not represented in foreign markets.
We accept PAYPAL for all orders.
All the prices are in US Dollars.
Orders will be processed in 2 - 3 working days after we get your payment and order details.
Orders are shipping via Singapore Airmail or registered Singapore Airmail.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods - it includes skin care products and makeup. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Ecraters’s data storage, databases and the general Ecrater application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
